A. 船行バス停で下車してください。船行バス停より徒歩7分程度で森のこかげに到着いたします。
-The nearest bus stop is "Funayuki bus stop". It takes about 7 minutes on foot.
Q. BBQは出来ますか?
Do you have any optional plan for BBQ?
A. はい、ご予約は2名様からお受けしております。実施期間は3月から10月までです。
-Yes, we take reservation for BBQ from 2 people. BBQ plan is available during March to October.
お一人様3,150円でご予約をお受けいたしております。
The price is 3,150JPY per person.
含まれるものは、BBQコンロ、炭、着火剤、トング、網、鉄板、鹿児島産お肉、魚介、お野菜、おむすび、焼きそば、ソース類、お茶、紙皿、紙コップ、お箸です。
デザートは焼きマシュマロをどうぞ!
BBQ plan come with followings: BBQ stove, charcoal, fire starter, BBQ tongs, BBQ net, grill mesh, grill pan, domestic beef, pork, seafood, vegetables plate, rice ball, pan-fried noodles, sauce, seasoning, green tea, paper plates/tray/cup, and chopsticks.
Of course, you will enjoy toasted marshmallows!!!
Q. BBQは何時から行えますか?
-What time will BBQ start?
A. 夕方6時から夜9時までとさせていただいております。
-It will start from 6:00pm to 9:00pm.
Q. BBQ器材を自分で持ち込んで、BBQを行ってもいいですか?
-May I bring our own BBQ set in the property?
A. 持ち込みでのBBQはお断りしております。
-Sorry, it is not allowed.
Q. 調理設備はありますか?
-Does your room have any kitchen?
A. 調理設備はございません。また、保健所、消防署の指導により施設内での持ち込みでの自炊または調理もお断りいたしております。
-Sorry, there is no kitchen in the room. Please do not cook any meals in the room and property because of health and fire department regulations.
Q. キャンプファイヤーは出来ますか。
-Is it allowed to make a campfire in the property?
A. キャンプファイヤーはお断りしております。
-Sorry, it is not allowed.
Q. 花火は出来ますか。
-Can we do firework in the property?
A. はい、7月から9月までの間、夜9時までとさせていただいております。ロケット花火や打ち上げ花火はご遠慮ください。
-Yes, you can enjoy firework until 9:00pm during July and September except for skyrockets.
花火を行う際は、必ず事前にスタッフにお知らせください。
-Please let our staff know if you wish to do firework.
Q. 虫は多いですか？
-Are there many bugs?
A. 屋久島自体が、大自然の島ですので、多いと思います。
-Yakushima is a natural island, so there are many many bugs!
スタッフは日々室内外の害虫駆除を行っておりますが、夜ドアや窓の開閉時に虫が室内に入る場合がございます。
-We’re trying very hard to get rid of insects as much as possible in the rooms and outside. Each window has a mesh, but please do not leave the door and windows open.
また、室内に食べ残しのお菓子などを放置しておくと、アリなどが集まりやすいです。
-Please do not leave any food or leftover in the room at any time. Please store food in the refrigerator.
虫が室内に侵入している場合は、大変申し訳ありませんが、お客様にもご協力をお願いいたしております。
-If you find any bugs in your room, please kick them out. Thank you for your cooperation!
室内に、殺虫剤、ハエ叩き、ﾍﾞｰプ、電撃殺虫器などをご用意いたしておりますので、ご利用下さい。
-There is an insecticide spray, a flyswatter, and an electric bug killer in each room.
季節によっては、まれに羽アリなど、大量発生する時期もございます。
-You may experience swarms over a period of several hours at night during the summer.
その際は、お客様にお早めに室内の電気を消し、カーテンを閉めるようお伝えしております。
-Please shut off all the lights and close all curtains, windows and door.
カーテンは防火遮光1級を使用していますので、明りが外に漏れにくく、羽アリなどが近寄りにくくなっています。
-In your room, light-blocking curtains are prepared against insect.
Q. 施設内に洗濯機や乾燥機がありますか?
-Do you have any washer and dryer machine in your property?
A. 施設内に、洗濯機が2台ございます。洗剤込1回のご利用は300円になります。
乾燥機は施設内にはご用意がございませんが、各室内に洗濯物用ロープなどをご用意いたしております。室内や、テラス部分に干せるようになっています。
-Yes, we have two washer machines, and we charge 300JPY per each load with detergent included. Sorry, there is no laundry dryer in our property, but there are laundry rope and hanger to dry your clothes in each room.
また、車で5分位の場所にコインランドリーもございます。
-There's a laundromat near the area. It takes about 5minuets by car.
Q. バスタオルはありますか？
-Are there any towels in the room?
A. はい、バスタオル、フェイスタオルはお部屋に人数分をご用意いたしております。
交換の場合は、1セット200円になります。
-Yes, there is a set of bath and face towels prepared in your room for free of charge. If you wish to change the towel, it costs 200JPY each.
Q. 電気ポットはありますか？
-Do you have an electric pot?
A. はい、各部屋にご用意いたしております。
-Yes, we have an electric pot in each room.

-Do you have a hair dryer?
A. はい、各部屋にご用意いたしております。

Q. シャンプー、リンス、ボディーソープは持って行った方がいいですか?
-Should I bring any bath amenity?
A. 共同のお風呂や、お風呂付のお部屋にご用意しています。
-Type-C rooms and outside shower cabins have shampoo, hair conditioner, body soap, and hand wash soap.
Q. 事前に旅行用の荷物を送ってもいいですか？
-Is it ok to send our baggage to Cottage Morinokokage in advance?
A. はい、荷物の到着日をお客様のご到着日と同日指定をお願いいたします。
-Yes, it is ok, but please make sure to send your baggage to be reached here as same as your arrival date. Please also let us know in advance when you do so.
Q. チェックアウト後に荷物を預かって頂けますか?
-Do you keep our baggages after check-out?
A. はい、当日夕方19：00までは無料です。19：00以降は有料となり、24時間毎に1グループ千円となります。
引き取り時間を過ぎますと、警察へ遺失物としてお届けいたします。
-Yes, we do. If you pick up your baggages before 19:00 during the same
day, it is free of charge.
Itt will bhe charged 1,000JPY every 24 hr for 1 group after 19:00.
Q. 近くにスーパー等はありますか?
-Is there any supermarket?
A. はい、森のこかげより車で3分位の場所に、田中屋というスーパーがあります。夜9時まで（2011．7．１現在）
また、森のこかげより車で7分程度の場所に、エコタウンあわほ（Aコープ）もございます。
-Yes, there are two grocery stores in area.
"Tanakaya": It takes about 3 minutes by car. The store opens until 9:00pm.
"Eco town AWAHO": It takes about 7 minutes by car. The store opens until 7:00pm.
Q. 近くにご飯を食べるところがありますか?
-Are there any restaurants?
A. はい、森のこかげより車で5分程度の場所に、寿司磯の香りという郷土料理屋さんがあります。とても人気の料理屋さんです！地物を使った料理はとても美味しいです。
-Yes, there is an excellent local food restaurant, called "Isonokaori". It takes 5 minutes by car.
Q. レンタカーを利用しないつもりです。近隣の買い物は徒歩でどのくらいかかりますか?
-If we don't rent a rental car, how long does it take to the nearest supermarket or store?
A. 一番近い田中屋さんまで徒歩で約20分位かかると思います。
-It will take about 20 minutes on foot to Tanakaya.
お車がないお客様用にレンタル自転車を2台ご用意いたしております。（要予約）
-We have two rental bicycles for the customers.
最初の1時間は無料です。以降1時間ごとに500円となります。
-First 1 hour is free. It is charged 500JPY for additional every 1hour.
Q. 縄文杉登山を検討しています。朝何時ごろ出発したらよろしいですか?
-We are planning to go to Jyomonsugi-climbing, what time should we leave?
A. お客様は朝4時～5時までくらいにお出かけしています。
-In general, many cusomers will leave around 4:00am to 5:00am.
Q. ロッジだとがらんとしているイメージがあるのですが、お部屋に布団はありますか?
-Do you have any bed or Japanese-style bedding?
A. すべてのお部屋に掛・敷布団・枕の組布団をご用意しております。
-Yes, we have.
特に敷布団と枕は、2010年に全て低反発マットレスに交換いたしました。
We prepared low rebound mattress & pillow for all rooms.
お客様にゆっくり睡眠できたと好評をいただいております。
Q 全室禁煙となっておりますが、敷地内で喫煙できるところはありますか？
-Is it allowed to smoke outside?
A. はい、ガーデンテーブルにて喫煙していただいております。

Q. 幼児連れですが宿泊できますか?
-Could we stay your cabin with baby?
A. はい、もちろんです。ぜひ当コテージをご利用くださいませ。

A. はい。特に雲がない夜は、みなさん、星空を楽しんでいます。

-Does a cell phone work in your property?
A. 電波状態にもよりますが、概ね、通じます。

-Do you have any internet access?
A. 2011年に有料レンタルPC(モバイルカード接続）を予定しています。
-No, we don't at this time, but a mobile data card will be available from Spring, 2011.
